One of the things I love about winter is the smell of snow in the air. When I saw the “Let It Snow” stamps set, for the first time, I immediately fell in love with it, because it transported me into a white winter atmosphere.
Today I’ll show you the two projects I created featuring this beautiful stamps set.

For this slimline card I used the “Slim Window Dressing” Creative Cuts, and I created a scene of a magic winter wood. I stamped the trees and the little penguin using the Distress Oxide Pumice Stone to have a no-line effect and then I coloured my scene with the Copic markers. At last I embossed the beautiful “Let It Snow” sentiment. I added the shadows to my sentiment to create a 3D effect.

For my second project, I used the two funny Snowmen stamps and a little gift box stamp (from the “Yappy Woofmas” stamps set).

I stamped them using the Distress Oxide Pumice Stone to have a no-line effect. I colored my subjects and the backgruond too, using the Distress Inks. I created a frame for my card using the tree stamp.

I hope you’ll enjoy my projects and that they will inspire you!
