MAMA ELEPHANT | OWL ARE YOU

Hi everyone! Jennifer here today to show you my DS project using the beautiful ME Owl Are You stamp set from the Mama Elephant November Release!

These super cute owls are really beautiful and I’m in love with them!! I chose to create a card with a nocturne scene with this sweet owl in the moonlight.

I started masking the moon and then I stamped the “owl on the branch” on the Strathmore Colored Pencil paper with a no-line ink. I colored it using Prismacolor pencils in the shades of brown. I colored the sky using again Prismacolor pencils and I blended them with a cotton swab dipped in an oil-based medium to get a smoother effect.

At this point, I removed the masking paper from the moon and I colored it with pastel pencils.

I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of my card and at last, I realized the stars with a white gel pen.
