MFT STAMPS | AUGUST MFT & FRIENDS

Hi crafty friends! Today is the DAY! The new amazing MFT August Release is finally here! Which is your favorite?

For my MFT & FRIENDS project I used the beautiful MFT Little Leaves Background rubber stamp.

I really love this amazing background, this is perfect for a lot of projects!

I chose to create a card with the autumn colors. I stamped the background on the Arches Cold Press Watercolor Paper with the Distress Oxide Antique Linen, to have a delicate effect. I colored the leaves using the Daniel Smith Extra Fine Watercolors, in the shades of fall.

I chose the main sentiment from the MFT Mini Birthday Messages and I stamped it with the Distress Ink Picket Fence on a black paper. I went over the sentiment with a white gel pen to have a more pronounced effect. After that I die cut it with the MFT A2 Circle STAX Die-namics. At last I added a banner at the bottom of my card, with a secondary sentiment from the MFT Friends Like You stamp set.

Please, visit the MFT Blog for more inspiration and check out what the other DT Members have created.

Have a colorful day!

  1. What a beautiful fall card and the sentiment is a heartfelt hug! So so pretty. Wow if I tried to trace a sentiment with a gel pen it’s a mess every time. Well done!! Beautiful beautiful!

  2. Molto bellisimo! Beautiful watercoloring! I don’t know how to say that in Italiano. I speak Spanish so: hermosos colores acuarelas. 😀
