Hello freinds! Welcome to countdown day 2 of the June MFT Vault Release!
Today I show you the card I created featuring the beautiful MFT BB Penguins in Paradise stamp set! These funny penguins are perfect to realize a lot of summer projects!
I had much fun playing with this penguins and creating a small trompe l’oeil! I really love to play with lights and shadows creating little optical illusions!
I stamped my penguin on the MFT No-line Coloring Card Stock with the MFT Natural Hybrid Ink Pad and I colored it with Copic markers. After taht I drew the “hole” in the paper and the pieces of torn paper. I realized the seaside scene in the hole using again Copic markers. At last I created the shadows with 4B and 8B graphite pencils, blending them using a cotton swab and a blending stump.

Oh my gosh this is a wonderful peek a boo scene and looks just like it has been ripped to show the festive, fun, beach scene peeking thru. I wish I was sneaking off with this penguin to go for a dip in the sea!!!! MARVELOUS Coloring! Your are truly gifted!
