MFT STAMPS | JB Squeeze the Day Stamp Set

Hello everyone! Have you seen the new amazing My Favorite Things August Release?? Do you have a favorite??

Today it’s my Birthday (yay!!), so I decided to realize a Birthday card featuring the new super cute MFT JB Squeeze the Day Stamp Set!

I die cut a watercolor card stock using the new MFT Watercolor Rectangle STAX Die-namics. I stamped the penguin with the Distress Oxide Antique Linen, and then I covered it with a masking fluid. I realized an background using the Hamburg Ink (you know, I’m obsessed with these inks!) in the shades of blue and green. When the background was dry, I removed the masking fluid.

I colored the penguin using the Arteza gouache, to give it more texture than the background. Then, I realized the shadows and added the highlights. At last, I stamped the sentiment and matted my card with a black card stock.
