MFT STAMPS | AUGUST RELEASE

Hi crafty friends! Today is the DAY! The new amazing My Favorite Things August Release is here!

For my Release Day project I had so much fun playing with the new MFT JB Delightful Halloween Stamp Set, to create an Halloween scene!

I die cut a watercolor card stock using the new super fun MFT Watercolor Rectangle STAX Die-namics. I’m in love with these dies! Jagged edges give an even more artisanal touch to your projects!

I painted the background with the wet on wet technique, using the Hamburg Ink, which are calligraphic inks, but which are also perfect to be used as watercolors. After that, I stamped the little ghost with the Distress Ink Picket Fence and then added on it some highlights and some shadows, to give it more depth. At last, I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of my card.
