MFT STAMPS | JUNE RELEASE

Hi crafty friends! Today is the DAY! The new amazing My Favorite Things June Release is finally here!

For my Release Day project I had so much fun playing with the new MFT Oceans Of Fun Stamp Set, to create an underwater scene card that reminded me a famous scene from Disney Finding Nemo! Do you remember it??

I stamped the shark and the fishes on a watercolor paper with the Distress Oxide Pumice Stone to have a no-line effect. Then, I covered them with a masking fluid.

I realized the background using Hamburg Ink which are calligraphic inks that can also be used as watercolors.

After that, I gently remove the masking fluid and colored the shark and the fishes using again the Hamburg Ink. I added some highlights and detail with a white gel pen.

At last I stamped the sentiment at the bottom of my card.
