MFT STAMPS | oUTSIDE THE BOX – FLORAL BOX CARDS

Hi everyone! Today I’m here with a totally unusual project for me. This moth I chose to challenge myself and create a dimensional card for MFT Outside the Box Challenge!

This month’s challenge theme is Floral Box Cards!

This time of year, flowers are bursting out all over in a riot of color and fragrance. Bringing that joyous sensibility to your cards is an exciting way of integrating the season into your crafting, and a box card is the perfect vessel for showcasing the dimension of your fields of wildflowers or carefully arranged bouquets. This month, the design team is putting on their metaphorical gardening gloves to share their ideas for floral box cards — won’t you join us?

Well, I have to be honest… when I started this box-card I haven’t any idea how to realize it. So, I checked out the Outside the Box Tutorial on MFT YT Channel, and I saw that it was very easy and fun to make this type of card!

I used the MFT Outside the Box Die-namics and I matched it with MFT Outside the Box Grass Die-namics, MFT Pop-Up Banner Die-namics, and MFT Box Card Greetings Die-namics. Ok, I think that I’ve ever used so many dies in my life, lol!

To follow the monthly theme, I chose to use the beautiful MFT PI Grow Together, and I colored it with Copic markers. I diecut the flowers and the leaves from the MFT Box Card Bouquet Die-namics and then I also colored them with Copic Markers.

So, I thought it would be very hard for me to realize this project, but I must confess that I had a lot of fun to create this Box Card! Sometimes it’s a very good thing to get out of our comfort-zone trying something different!
