MFT STAMPS | SY Butterflies and Blooms Stamp Set

Hey there! I’m back with a new inspiration from the new beautiful My Favorite Things August Release!

Today I had so much fun playing with the new beautiful MFT SY Butterflies and Blooms Stamp Set! I realized a card with a vintage look using the flowers of the set.

I stamped the flowers on a piece of handmade paper by MC Paper with the Versafine Vintage Sepia Ink Pad.

I colored the first layer of the flowers using the Daniel Smith Extrafine Watercolors for the leaves and the Arteza Gouache for the petals. After that, I colored a second layer with the Prismacolor Premier Colored Pencils to give them more depth. I realized the shadows with a black pastel pencil to give a 3D effect to my work. At last, I added the highlights with a white gel pen and stamped the sentiment at the top of my card.
